Welcome to My Little Village, a home daycare built on the belief that it truly takes a village to raise a child. Rooted in strong cultural values and a deep commitment to family and community, we believe children flourish when they are surrounded by love, consistency, and a genuine sense of belonging.
At My Little Village, we offer a warm, nurturing home environment where every child is supported, respected, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Our mission is to create a safe and loving space where children feel confident to explore, discover, and develop into their unique selves.
My passion for caring for children has guided my journey -- from working as a nanny in a daycare setting to supporting my brother in raising his children. And now, as a proud mother to my wonderful six-year-old daughter, I understand firsthand how important it is to entrust your child to someone who truly cares. Motherhood has strengthened my dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching environment where children feel safe, valued, and loved. My husband and I share strong family values centered on kindness, respect, and well-being - principles that guide the care we provide every day.

Children drive much of their own learning through play. We provide open-ended materials, exploration opportunities, and the freedom for children to follow their interests. This approach fosters independence, creativity, and a genuine love of learning.
👨🏫 Teacher-Directed Experiences
We intentionally design activities and experiences that support growth across all developmental domains. These include structured play, music, art, nature exploration, and early literacy and numeracy experiences.

Our Caregiving Approach
Being a mother is my qualification. I bring years of parenting experience and a deep commitment to child development. I understand the unique challenges and joys of raising children, and I approach each child with the same care, attention, and love I would give to my own.
